TEGUCIGALPA, June 28 (Xinhua) -- Roberto Micheletti, who was appointed Honduran president by Congress on Sunday, described his coming to power as "completely legal" in his acceptance speech. Speaking from Costa Rica capital San Jose, Zelaya described the military action that removed him from office as "a political conspiracy."
